INSIDE ROLFING DAYS 2025

Meet me for an hour of Rolf Movement in the beautiful Rombergpark and get inspirations on how to move with less effort.

Free Group Workshops

Where: We meet at the „Torhaus“ at the entry to Rombergpark – Please look out for the sign „INSIDE Rolfing Days“

When: Two Events: Tuesday 20th May 2025 at 10 a.m. and Thursday 22nd Mai 2025 at 6 p.m.

We will meet at “any” weather – even if it is raining – but not with a thunderstorm or a forecast of dangerous winds.

No registration necessary. Taking part in the group sessions is free of charge and at own risk. Feel free to come to both sessions. The sessions will be in German. If you need English translation, no problem – just let me know.

Greatly reduced open-air individual sessions

From 17th May until 25th May, I offer individual open air sessions at a greatly reduced price of 25 Euros per session (maximum1 session per person, and not more than 10 sessions over the whole period, i.e. “first come first serve”).

I am looking forward to meeting you at one of the group events or for an individual session!
